1. Service Usage Terms and Conditions

    1. Agreement Between Parties

    This document constitutes a legally binding contract governing the relationship between users and Starpnet Studio INC (referred to herein as Starpnet) and its related services includingMintPull. By accessing or utilizing these services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.

    2. User Qualification Standards

    *Minimum Age Requirement:* Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in these services.

    Additional eligibility criteria include:

    Physical presence in authorized geographic locations at time of participation

    Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

    Maintenance of only one individual user account per person

    3. Financial Transaction Parameters

    3.1 Withdrawal Provisions

    *Minimum Withdrawal Threshold:* Five dollars ($5.00) minimum withdrawal amount required

    *Weekly Withdrawal Cap:* Maximum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) may be withdrawn per seven-day period

    3.2 Dormant Account Assessment

    *Inactivity Fee Structure:* Accounts remaining inactive for a continuous period of six (6) months shall be subject to a monthly maintenance charge of two percent (2%) of the remaining account balance.

    4. Dispute Resolution Procedures

    4.1 Mandatory Arbitration Provision

    *Binding Arbitration Requirement:* All disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than through court litigation.

    *Informal Resolution Prerequisite:* Prior to initiating formal arbitration proceedings, parties must engage in good faith informal dispute resolution efforts for a period of sixty (60) days.

    *Class Action Prohibition:* Users expressly waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits, collective actions, or representative proceedings of any nature. All arbitrations shall proceed on an individual basis only.

    4.2 Arbitration Opt-Out Right

    *Election to Decline Arbitration:* Users possess the right to opt out of the mandatory arbitration provisions. To exercise this right, written notification must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the agreement documentation.

    4.3 Claims Limitation Period

    *Statute of Limitations:* Any and all claims must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action accrues. Claims not filed within this timeframe shall be permanently barred.

    5. Limitation of Liability Provisions

    *Maximum Liability Cap:* The company's aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by the user to the service, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).

    *As-Is Service Provision:* Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

    *Indirect Damages Exclusion:* Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

    6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    *Applicable Legal Framework:* This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

    7. User Account Obligations

    Users bear responsibility for:

    Maintaining the confidentiality and security of account credentials

    Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information

    Promptly updating any changes to personal information

    All activities occurring under their account credentials

    Immediately notifying the company of any unauthorized account access

    8. Prohibited User Activities

    Users are expressly prohibited from:

    Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative conduct

    Utilizing automated systems, bots, or scripts

    Creating multiple accounts or sharing account access

    Attempting to circumvent geographic or technical restrictions

    Interfering with the proper operation of the services

    9. Intellectual Property Rights

    All intellectual property rights in and to the services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary information, remain the exclusive property of Starpnet Studio INC and its licensors. Users receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services.

    10. Agreement Modification Rights

    The company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
